Please note the following points
1. Those parts of the Collection not held in Chertsey Museum are not digitized at all so each enquiry requires a dedicated visit by one or more Trustees.
2. Those parts of the Collection not held in Chertsey Museum are not open to the public.
3. If there is a time constraint please tell us as each enquiry. The Trustees are volunteers with other calls on their time
4. Our minimum charge is £25/enquiry but where appropriate, we can provide you with a scan of any documents you need to refer to. We would require payment of the charge before proceeding and can provide you with details of our bank account if you wish to take matters further. Once payment has been received, we will look for the documents you require.
5. Charges for reproduction of SAOCS items are normally £50 but this can be discussed by the Trustees.
